Demoed vinyl, the original tile, and water damaged subfloor. Replaced the subfloor, installed hardieback and 12"x24" tile, re-installed the toilet, installed/painted 18 LF of baseboards, replaced damaged drywall, and painted the walls corner to corner.

I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine.
